Spread across the desert foothills of the eastern San Gabriel Mountains, between elevations of 3,000 and 4,000 feet, is the Tri-Community of Phelan, Pinon Hills, and Wrightwood California, an unincorporated San Bernardino County community enjoying many sunny and beautiful days each year.
